How to Add Companies

  1. To add a new Company. Click on the Add button. The Add/Edit Company screen will display.
  2. Fill out the new company information on the General Tab.
    1. The "Name" field is a required field
    2. The "Life Stage" is a required field
      1. Partner
      2. Investor
      3. Child Company
  3. Note that there are additional tabs to the right of the General tab.
    1. Additional
    2. Contacts
    3. Notes
  4. Click the save to save your work.
  5. Also once you add an additional company remember that many screens in Symbient Opta will have a "Company" pull down menu, you should always double check when working between two companies to make sure you are making any changes in the desired company...
