How to Manage Companies

Allows you to create and manage all companies owned by a multi-company entity. Some Companies are made up of one or more additional business entities. Symbient Opta provides you the ability to add additional companies via the Companies Screen. Once you have completed the My Company screen during initial setup you will have created a parent company. You can add and manage additional companies to that parent company with this feature.



  1. From the Main Menu find and expand the Admin item. > Find and click on "Companies" to open the Companies Screen.
  2. When you initially open the screen you should see the current company you are logged in with in the Company dropdown on the upper right side of the screen. You may need to adjust this as needed.
  3. The company listed in the Company window will be the parent of the company you add with this screen.
