How to Manage Designations

The Designations screen allows the user to manage the different corporate positions that make up a company.



  1. From the Main Menu select and expand the HR (Human Resources) folder icon, Click on the Designations icon.
  2. This will bring up the Designations screen.
  3. Add a new Designation.
    1. Press the Add button to bring up the Add/Edit Designations screen.
    2. Select the Company for the new Designation (Required)
    3. Complete filling in the screen.
    4. Press the Save Button to save your work.
  4. Edit a existing Designation
  5. Delete a existing Designation
