How to Create Requests

The Requests screen allows the user to manage your customer requests.



  1. From the Main Menu select and expand the HR (Human Resources) folder icon, Click on the Requests icon.
  2. This will bring up the Requests screen.
  3. To Add a Request
    1. Click on the Add Button, this will bring up the Add/Edit Requests screen General Tab.
    2. Fill in the Required data fields
      1. Company
      2. Name
      3. Type
      4. Status
      5. Subject
    3. Fill in optional fields
    4. Press the save button
    5. Click on the Notes tab to enter any Notes
    6. Click the Close button to return to the Request page.
