How to Create Inventory

Prerequisites: Products

  1. Log into Symbient Opta and click on the menu options: Products > Inventory.
  2. You will now see a list of any existing Inventory along with the Add button.
  3. Click the Add button to create a new Inventory.
  4. When the Add/Edit Inventory screen opens, fill in all the required information along with options information and click Save.
    1. Required Fields
      1. Company
      2. Category
      3. Product
      4. Identifier
    2. Optional Fields
      1. Status
      2. Quantity
      3. Lot #
      4. Location
    3. Protected/Read Only Fields
      1. None
  5. Click on Save
