How to Add Inventory to a Product

After successfully saving a Product, click on the Inventory tab.

Click the Add button.

When the Add/Edit Inventory screen opens, fill in all the required information along with options information and click Save.

The following required fields should be auto populated from the Product.

Company
-
Category
-
Product
-
Additional Required Fields
-
Identifier
-
Optional Fields
-
Status
-
Quantity
-
Lot #
-
Location
-
Protected/Read Only Fields
-
None
-
Click on Save (or Save and Close)

Click on Close
Note(s):

The list for Status is set in Setup & Configuration.

You can repeat steps 2 thru 5 until all Inventory has been entered for this Product.
