How to Add Inventory to a Product

  1. After successfully saving a Product, click on the Inventory tab.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. When the Add/Edit Inventory screen opens, fill in all the required information along with options information and click Save.
    1. The following required fields should be auto populated from the Product.
      1. Company
      2. Category
      3. Product
    2. Additional Required Fields
      1. Identifier
    3. Optional Fields
      1. Status
      2. Quantity
      3. Lot #
      4. Location
    4. Protected/Read Only Fields
      1. None
  4. Click on Save (or Save and Close)
  5. Click on Close

Note(s):
  1. The list for Status is set in Setup & Configuration.
  2. You can repeat steps 2 thru 5 until all Inventory has been entered for this Product.
