How to Manage Departments

The Departments screen allows the user to manage the different departments that make up a company.



  1. From the Main Menu select and expand the HR (Human Resources) folder icon, Click on the Departments icon.
  2. This will bring up the Departments screen.
  3. Add a new Department
    1. Click on the Add Button.
    2. This will bring up the Add/Edit Department screen.
    3. Enter the Company (Required)
    4. Enter the name of the new department.
    5. Press Save to save your work.
  4. Edit a existing Department
  5. Delete a existing Department
