A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer based on market
research and real data about your existing customers. A persona is a fictional character
created to represent a user type that might use a site, brand, or product in a similar way.
In Symbient Opta, the buyer persona is used to document a typical buyer for your company.
Log into Symbient Opta and click on the menu options: CRM > Buyer Personas.
You will now see a list of any existing Buyer Personas along with the Add button.
Click the Add button to navigate to the new Buyer Personas entry screen.
When the Buyer Persona entry screen opens, fill in the information and click Save.
