How to Use Advanced Search

Symbient Opta provides a number of different ways for you to quickly and easily search and find information you need. The Advance Search, found on each list view page, is a simple yet powerful tool to help you.



  1. Log into Symbient Opta and click on the menu option of the desired information you want to search. For example,if you want to search on:
    1. Customer Orders, click on Accounting > Accounts Receivable > Customer Orders from the left-side menu.
    2. Inventory click on Products> Inventory from the left-side menu.
    3. Customers click on CRM>Customers from the left-side menu.
  2. Above the list view table, expand the Advanced Search section (it will be collapsed by default).
  3. The Advance Search section will display all available search fields for the menu option you have selected. Simply enter or select the data you would like to search on and Symbient Opta will quickly provide all matching results.
